At times the office may be closed during normal business hours without warning and all attempts will be made to contact all those who would be affected in order to reschedule. In the event the office is closed you will not be penalized and your next appointment will be rescheduled for the first Tuesday following your missed appointment unless other arrangements have been made. This “is not” an excuses to blow off your appointment and it’s up to you to always follow-up and obtain the date and time of your next appointment.
