During your term of Probation, DPA, House Arrest, or Pretrial Release you may have been ordered to complete or attended a required class or treatment program. This information is provided to assist you in choosing a class or program that best fits your needs, finical situation, and transportation issues. Per Statue my office cannot tell you which provider or program to take unless one was specifically noted as a condition of your please deal or any agreement you may have made with the State. You are responsible for all finical obligation such as class fees, registration, and any certificates of completion. The Programs do not automatically send certificates of completion to my office. You must obtain a copy and deliver it to my office to be given credit. Failure to complete required classes and or programs within the term of your probation is a violation. Make sure you check into and start your required programs or classes ASAP, so you don’t run out of time. Probation cannot be extended to completing a class or program.
